**The Opportunity**
You will take over a large and established existing client portfolio and a team of up to 10 accountants.

Your day-to-day tasks would include:

- Manage own client base & a small team
- Review of tax returns and financials for all entities
- Review of FBT, CGT & Div 7a
- Mentoring and support of a team
- Tax planning, forecasting, succession planning and restructuring advice
- Business development
- Run client meetings
- Manage workflow

**About You**
- Extensive public practice experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- Demonstrated experience mentoring juniors
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to build rapport and be a trusted advisor to clients
- Team-orientated & practical mindset
- Meticulous attention to detail & organisational skills
