**Assistant Manager - Busy Pub in Umina Beach**

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced **Assistant Manager** to join our team at a well-established **pub.**

**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on leadership position supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service across all areas of the venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead front-of-house staff and accommodation team
- Oversee TAB and gaming operations in compliance with regulations
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and reporting
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally

**What You’ll Need**:

- Proven experience in hospitality management
- Strong **people management** skills
- Experience in food and beverage sales
- Current RSA & RCG certifications
- Flexibility to work a **rotating roster** including **nights, weekends, and public holidays**

Pay: $74,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
