**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a UAT Process Analyst at the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). In this pivotal role, you’ll design and execute cutting-edge user acceptance testing strategies to ensure our systems meet business requirements and align with our strategic objectives. With a strong focus on automation, you will contribute to the quality assurance of complex IT systems that support our mission to equip young Australians to become successful learners, confident and creative individuals and active and informed citizens. **Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Crafting and implementing user acceptance testing strategies to validate system alignment with business needs.
- Providing expert technical advice on testing methodologies, plans and scripting.
- Analysing test outcomes, identifying issues and recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to efficiently report and resolve testing issues and defects.
- Overseeing business-managed testing activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and strategies.
- Driving operational excellence through regular reviews and fostering a results-driven team environment.
- Assisting with data processing and reporting to support broader team objectives.
- Demonstrated experience with complex IT systems and a track record of delivering high-quality testing outcomes.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and proficiency in test case design techniques.
- Proven ability to design and execute technical test strategies and produce relevant documentation.
- Expertise in current enterprise-level technologies, including operating systems, development languages and databases.
- Experience in developing automated testing strategies and building robust testing frameworks.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
- A current/valid NSW Working with Children Check.
