**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Tattarang Project team, the successful Project Lead will currently be working in a senior management position, with experience in forming strategy relating to delivery of new capex projects of scale, value, or complexity (40-50M GBP). Experienced in stakeholder management and working in project or portfolio company management structures.

The Project Lead will have experience and/or strong understanding of financial management, commercial acumen and strategic oversight of the design, construction and commissioning of food/drink production facility projects is highly desirable.

This role has no immediate requirement for supervisory responsibilities, however, will work closely with and provide guidance and leadership to an offshore delivery team as the investor’s representative.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Ownership and focus on ensuring delivery of key projects in accordance with the relevant business case.
- Financial accountability for the successful delivery of key projects on time, on budget and in accordance with performance requirements.
- Proactively identify and manage risk and opportunities related to key projects.
- Provide monthly board report including project performance, financial performance, risk, tax, legal, recruitment, marketing, and communications in collaboration with Tattarang team members.
- Provide leadership to the project team on the ground in the UK and other locations as required from time to time.
- Put in place and manage project governance and procedures ensuring successful delivery and transition of key projects to the operating team.
- Take on the role of Tattarang primary relationship contact with relevant JV Partner.
- Be the key interface between key projects teams (managed by relevant Project Managers) and the key project Operations team - led by CEO as applicable.
- Drive and support the recruitment of the ultimate operational team key appointments - including CEO and Operations Manager.
- Work collaboratively in driving CEO’s agenda insofar as relates to key project delivery, commissioning, and transitioning phases.
- Provide direction and guidance to Project Team led by Project Manager; and
- Provide oversight on the performance of the team, empowered to take corrective action where required to ensure successful outcome of the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
- Qualifications in Project Financing and Project Management highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and report writing skills, particularly financial reporting
- Strong commercial skills, with a particular focus on financial and capex matters
- Negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills including personal skills and manner, experience managing sensitive stakeholders
- Ability to manage changing scope in a live project with a diverse team
- Highly organised and autonomous work habits
