**About You**

You are a passionate and experienced academic or industry professional in Human Movement or a related field, holding a PhD or equivalent qualifications, with a strong commitment to contemporary practice and curriculum development that enhances student learning. You demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and diverse communities with cultural awareness and an international outlook. Tech-savvy and organised, you engage confidently with modern learning platforms such as Canvas and CurV, contribute actively to university governance and planning, and continuously pursue personal and professional growth while building connections that align with the strategic goals of Adelaide University.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Dean of Programs (Human Performance) you will work collaboratively with staff of the University of South Australia and the University of Adelaide, and with Course Development Coordinators, to develop engaging, technology enhanced curriculum and courses for the Bachelor of Human Movement for Adelaide University.

**To Be Successful You Will Need**
- A PhD qualification in Human Movement or relevant discipline or postgraduate degree in relevant discipline; or equivalent professional /industry experience
- Demonstrated expertise, knowledge and a commitment to the contemporary practice of Human Movement
- Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continual professional and personal development
- Demonstrated experience with a range of technologies and administration appropriate for a modern university
