The Position

With the local property market offering exceptional opportunities we need people to assist clients in their journey. This is a rare opportunity to work with and be coached daily by Australia’s best, listing top end luxury properties and assisting clients in building their property portfolios with PRD.

You will be assisting the highest performing agents in Newcastle Real Estate, under the most recognised brand, PRD, you will learn why they hold many suburb records throughout the Newcastle Region, and become part of a close knit team focused on success and getting the best results for their clients.

Leveraging your already established sales and engagement skillset, you will be confident, well presented, and willing to put in the hard work to build a successful career. You enjoy talking with people and having genuine conversations, looking for solutions and getting the job done both on Inbound and Outbound calls.

The service you provide to customer will be second to none, you stand out from the crowd by:

- Engaging customer quickly and building rapport over the phone
- Understanding a customers needs and establish solutions to assist them
- Build value in the solutions and gain agreement for further follow up and conversation

About You

If you are a high-performing inbound/outbound sales star, who is looking at a career in real estate, we want to talk to you. You will be ambitious and goal oriented, and thrive off hard work, and:

- Sales and negotiation skills are what you do best
- Previous experience or a desire to transition into real estate
- Have previous experience prospecting and identifying customer needs
- You’re self-driven with a desire to excel
- Goal oriented with strong organisational skills
