Join us at our Tullamarine facility as a Quality Assurance Technician - Hygiene & Sanitation at Asahi Beverages, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your contributions will directly impact the satisfaction of our staff and customers, as well as the efficiency and reputation of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the collection and dispatch of routine microbiological testing samples.
- Maintain and improve our cleaning and sanitation program.
- Manage the ordering of consumables related to hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation.
- Support site internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance with site, national, and customer requirements.
- Own the supplier performance program for sanitation and cleaning chemical service providers, driving regular reviews and improvements.
- Complete ATP and other necessary tests for CIP and cleaning validation.
- Drive continuous improvement in cleaning, sanitation, and microbiological compliance, leading relevant projects to meet objectives.
- Provide operational excellence line support and relieve the process control Quality Assurance Technician when necessary.

**About You**
- Certificate qualifications in Quality Assurance, Microbiology, or a similar discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance roles is advantageous.
- Experience in the FMCG/Food manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relationship management.
- Well-developed project management abilities.
- Expertise in change management.
