We are seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join a busy pharmacy in South-east Melbourne. The Retail Manager reports to the Pharmacist Manager and is responsible for overseeing the pharmacy assistants' team, ensuring an organised, neat environment, promoting a strong team culture and company values, effective communication, high retail standard within a compliant franchise model, working within set budgets and targets
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have the ability to build effective relationships
- You have a proven and natural leadership style with prior experience managing and developing people
- You have strong computer literacy skills
- You have an understanding of the principles of stock management & experience with merchandising
- You have great organisational skills along with strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks

- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a pharmacy retail manager

**About the Location**:
This pharmacy is located in a suburb in South-east Melbourne, approximately 13km from Melbourne CBD. This suburb is accessible by car, train, and bus.

**About the Offer**:
A very competitive salary is on offer starting at 50k, negotiable depending on experience. You will be working full-time 38 hours with a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
