**About the Role**:
We are seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join a busy pharmacy in South-east Melbourne. This is a challenging and rewarding position that supports the entire team in its endeavour to provide outstanding customer service and advice to all its customers. Whilst all Team Members are expected to work across the business to meet our customers' needs, this role has a primary focus on the retail business.

The Retail Manager reports to the Pharmacist Manager and is responsible for overseeing the pharmacy assistants' team, ensuring an organised, neat environment, promoting a strong team culture and company values, effective communication, high retail standard within a compliant franchise model, working within set budgets and targets
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have the ability to build effective relationships
- You have a proven and natural leadership style with prior experience managing and developing people
- You have strong computer literacy skills
- You have an understanding of the principles of stock management & experience with merchandising
- You have great organisational skills along with strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks

- You are reliable, flexible, and hardworking
- You display a high level of judgement and decision-making ability
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a pharmacy retail manager
- You have a sound knowledge of pharmacy best practice

**About the Location**:
This pharmacy is located in a suburb in South-east Melbourne, approximately 13km from Melbourne CBD. This suburb is accessible by car, train, and bus.

**About the Offer**:
A very competitive salary is on offer starting at 50k, negotiable depending on experience. You will be working full-time 38 hours with a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
