We are a Sydney based business servicing clients all over Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA/Canada. Due to ongoing growth we are expanding our team and are looking for experienced Account Managers ready to make a real difference in our members’ lives.

**Your Role**:
As an Account Manager, you’ll use your industry expertise alongside our comprehensive program, community, and tools to drive members success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with members and understand their unique needs.
- Guide members on their journey to becoming better business owners.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- You will be perfect for this role if you have a deep background in the fitness industry, with experience in managing successful studios, including teams, KPIs & culture.
- A positive, energetic approach, with the ability to inspire and leave a lasting impression.
- A love for challenges, seeing them as opportunities to prove your drive and determination.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Relationship management: 2 years (required)
- health and fitness industry: 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Zetland, NSW 2017
