**We have a full-time position for a dynamic person to join our dedicated team, as a Scheduling Officer.**

You will be a driven and motivated individual with rostering experience who will be responding to cancellations and filling shifts at short notice, planning rosters in advance whilst identifying appropriate support workers. You must have the skills to support our customers while ensuring they are supported as per their respective service agreements.

**The role**:

- Working in a fast-paced environment
- High level of phone communication skills with customers and staff
- High level of computer skills in a range of systems and software for accurate inputting
- High attention to detail with proven ability to take initiative and work proactively
- Responsible for building and maintaining effective and accurate rosters
- Part of the After Hours Roster - 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to be flexible, multi-task and priortise
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (listening, written and verbal)
- Experience and understanding of the disability and aged care sector
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS Award and NDIS Price Guide
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and other industry requirements
- Drivers License
- Positive communication skills and a customer service focus
- Ability to work within a close, friendly team as well as autonomously
- A passion for career development in the disability and aged care industry

This is a full time position, in a growing and dynamic organisation with pathways for career enhancement. You will be supported by a small, friendly progressive team based in the Eastern Bayside.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wynnum, QLD 4178: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
