**The Role**

We're currently on the lookout for a passionate Product Manager to join our high performing Digital Banking division. Working closely with existing and new clients to identify, evaluate, enhance and create new features and products. You will work closely with the development and QA team within an agile framework, creating user stories and prioritising the backlog to ensure that we deliver the features with the highest value first.

You will also be responsible for market research including competitor, industry and regulatory research to and understand the impact of regulatory and industry changes to our products and our customers.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Product roadmap: Experience defining and documenting requirements for products and features on the product roadmap.
- Market analysis: Demonstrated experience in conducting market research including market trends, competitor analysis and gaps, size of market, size of opportunity
- Regulatory and Compliance: Demonstrated experience working within a regulated environment, having understood and incorporated regulatory and compliance changes into products
- Customer engagement and experience: Experience presenting to and interviewing clients and incorporating the findings into user centric product designs. Ability to understand the client’s needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs.
- Pricing: Experience will creating pricing models
- Documentation: Experience creating product documentation that is fit for the audience. E.g. internal work instructions and customer user guides
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with and being the SME for cross functional teams including product, development, QA and BA
- Processes: Ability to improve review internal processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Marketing: Work closely with the marketing to build go-to-market plans and produce marketing material.

**About you**
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech or Financial services product role
- Excellent documentation and writing skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as scrum
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
- Exceptional customer facing skills with the ability to lead client workshops
- Effective communication, inter-personal and prioritisation skills
- Problem solver - ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
- Energetic and highly outcome focussed
- Loves a fast-paced environment with day 1 mindset
