Environmental Scientist Needed Our Client is a fully encompassing environmental consultancy that requires the services of and experienced junior to mid level contaminated lands consultant with preferably 1 to 5 years' experience. They have offices in Perth (head office), Brisbane and Sydney with the role on offer based out of the Brisbane office.

Our Client is a fully encompassing environmental consultancy that requires the services of and experienced junior to mid level contaminated lands consultant / Environmental Sceintist with preferably 1 to 5 years' experience. They have offices in Perth (head office), Brisbane and Sydney with the role on offer based out of the Brisbane office.

The role encompasses;
1. Conduct field work sampling (Soil / water / gas / air)

2. Compilation of reporting

3. Client liaison and consultation

4. Oversight of spill response activities.

The role primarily includes working on sites within the Queensland market, but does include works across all states where required. Support to the role is provided by on staff Senior Scientists and the Regional Manager.

Our client hold a varied client base which includes mining, commercial and government entities across five states.

Ideally you will be self motivated, flexible and willing to travel on an ad hoc basis where required. Experience in a contracting environment will be held in high regard. A can do attitude with a willingness to learn outside of your comfort zone is a must for the role. The role requires and Environmental Science degree (or equivalent) and a valid manual drivers license.
