About the Role
The Manager Work Health and Safety is responsible for the research, development, and implementation of Work Health and Safety strategies, frameworks, tools and reporting mechanisms. You will undertake continuous review to drive innovative and value-added strategic Work Health and Safety initiatives to meet the current and future workforce requirements of Darling Downs Health. You will also lead and develop a culture in the Work Health and Safety team that encourages and recognises high performance, builds leadership capabilities and supports staff to maximise their potential, health and wellbeing.
