Technology is an inherent part of enabling the Reserve Bank of Australia’s policy and operational objectives. With the country depending upon our systems being secure, highly resilient, and efficient, you will work within the Bank’s Information Technology (IT) department and experience the capability-building opportunity to work with critical technology platforms.

Your team

You will be working in a high performing and highly collaborative team supporting the People and Finance systems’ portfolio.

Your background

To be successful in the role, you will:

- Support the updates and delivery of the Bank’s People and Finance technology roadmaps.
- Support key systems within the portfolio include Workday, PeopleSoft, and IBM Planning Analytics.
- Collect, analyse, and collate usage statistics, including providing management advice and guidance on the use of systems.
- Have strong experience in creating quality documentation and experience in leading workshops.
- You will also ensure alignment with the Bank's enterprise architecture, security, risk, and IT standards and policies.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal.
