**Job Summary**

You will be the second person in a support team assisting with all internal enquiries for any service SAP system updates. This is a full-time role which is quite unique in Gardner Denver and can include altering the service frequency of the machines, changing the allocated parts, deleting decommissioned units off the records and many more tasks.

**Responsibilities**

You will also be responsible for the processing and invoicing of all preventative maintenance in a timely manner along with maintaining the work in progress.

**Key Competencies**
- To be highly organised and resourceful under pressure
- To maintain and provide excellent, high quality phone presentation to all internal and external customers
- To be quick paced with attention to detail
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a strong focus on customer service
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel is required
- Experience in SAP would be highly advantageous.
