We are offering an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated and experienced **Technical Support Manager** to join our team based in Dandenong South.

The role has the responsibility to successfully supporting all IR Group Manufactured products, (Centrifugal, Compressor, Downstream, Blower, Vacuum & Transport equipment) involving varied technical support questions, parts related enquires, fault finding and engineering related questions from both GD/IR employees, external customers and GD/IR distributors.

The role will deal with both mechanical and electrical related questions and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction at an international level.

The role will also have the responsibility to design, develop and deliver service training courses on both new and existing products in the field to ensure we are able to exceed the expectations of our key stakeholders and ensure all service work is carried out effectively.
