You are a natural communicator with a passion for customer service and thrive on connecting with people and making them feel valued.
At Raffaele Ciuca, Australia’s leading Bridal destination, we are looking for a friendly, professional and proactive office/Admin to join our family business.
**About the Role**
As an Admin/ Office Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service for our suppliers, stores, and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing special orders for our customers.
- Answer inbound calls with warmth and professionalism, direct calls to the appropriate person or department:
- Look after orders, when our Sales Team are busy, providing detailed product information
- Resolve customer concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach and delight in finding the answers to challenging questions.
- Administrative work in the in-between-times.
- Order stock and liaise with both local and international suppliers.
- Support our boutiques with their inquiries.
- Receive stock and dispatch.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday.
**Skills and Experiance**
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to assist and connect with customers over the telephone.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a calm, composed manner under pressure.
- Bridal experience not essential but a BIG plus.
**About You**
- Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Eager to learn our POS, ordering, and appointment systems
- Confident, warm, and well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and relate to people
- Thrive under pressure while handling confidential information
- Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management abilities
- Experience with receiving and dispatching goods
