**Position Overview**:
As Office Administrator, you'll contribute to operational excellence within our supportive team, playing a pivotal role in enhancing processes, coordinating seamlessly, and embracing continuous improvement in a dynamic environment, offering room for personal and professional growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the team to enhance existing processes and systems, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee and execute timesheet reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely sign-offs.
- Administer the VOIP system and support on-call roster coordination, contributing to seamless communication.
- Maintain rates, ticketing administration, and internal reporting, ensuring efficient operations.
- Play a pivotal role in the payroll process, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of compensation data.
- Manage onboarding and exit procedures, fostering a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while supporting HR-related activities.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, managing invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist in financial reporting and bank statement reconciliations, contributing to accurate financial insights.
- Support project administration, creating folder structures and monitoring project updates.
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks, including phone/reception duties, facilities management, and event coordination.

- Proven track record of contributing to process improvement.
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
