**Role Summary**

The Business Process Analysis (BPA) function is responsible for production support, system development, new business / fund activity, facilitating client onboarding, client & operational changes/dockets and major capital & functional projects.

The **Manager, Business Process Analysis (BPA)** serves as a contact for IT and business during the elicitation, design, development, and testing phase of a project and critical production issues. You will be managing a newly create team of BPA Consultants and will report to the Chief Operations Officer - Global Funds Services.

We are open to both Melbourne or Sydney location.

**What you will do**
- Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function
- Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
- Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
- Use Project Management discipline for on-boarding of tasks and other functions to ensure risk mitigation and reporting
- Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation
- Focus on leading and developing people through continuous mentoring / coaching
- Conducts the full performance management process and works closely with their direct manager on staffing decisions
- Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.
- Provides input and support to budget management process

**About You**
- Proven experience working in a similar role; Business Process Analyst/Business Analyst
- Working knowledge/experience in Financial Services, Custody or Asset Managers
- Strong leadership, management and organizational
- Demonstrates strong experience in change initiatives, covering such areas as operations and IT development; with a track record of accomplishment in projects and change initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Able to provide extensive project management consultation and leadership to peers and others.
- Quality Focus & Problem solving skills
- Proven Business Analyst or Project Management experience, with strong functional domain knowledge
- Tertiary degree and relevant proven work experience; IIBA Certification is advantageous.

**Highly Desirable**
- Knowledge of Tax systems - Garradian or any other tax systems
- Knowledge of Investment Accounting Systems - GIO or HiPortfolio
