Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed people to provide support to a 22 year old man who is ventailator dependent to enable independence by providing services in their own home.

Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

**DUTIES MAY INCLUDE**:

- Ventilation and Tracheostomy Management
- Assistance with Personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Community participation

**SHIFT TIMES**:

- 7am to 3pm
- 7am to 11am
- 3pm to 11pm
- 4pm to 8pm
- 11pm to 7am

**REQUIREMENTS***:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)
