As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Rosters: Monday - Friday (11:00am - 7:00pm) or (7:00pm - 3:00am). On the rare occassion's, there may be Saturday work.

Purpose of the Role

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation
• Ensure production quality meets our standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgs
