Advanced Buildings are an established construction and restoration business with offices Nationally in Victoria, NSW, the ACT and QLD. We are one of Australia's most trusted and experienced Insurance Building and Repair providers and we specialise in Insurance Repair and Strata work involving large and technical projects. We have long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters.

We are currently looking for a Desktop Supervisor to join the team based in the ACT. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will be responsible for managing smaller projects from the office.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Engage, coordinate and manage trades during the repair process
- Maintain records
- Determine a works program to achieve completion within the required time frame and within budget
- Ensure a high quality of finish to the building works
- Coordinate access with property owners
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve disputes as required
- Manage OH&S matters
- Obtain and record relevant paperwork, certificates and contracts

**As the ideal applicant you will possess**:
Experience in the insurance/building industry would be highly advantageous
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- Communications, organisational, scheduling and time management skills
