**Our friendly dental practice in Cessnock looking for an organised and caring Dental Assistant.**

We are a 3 chair practice and have 1 Principle Dentist and soon to have an Associate Dentist onboard. As such our demand for staff will be increasing. We try our best to care for patients and ensure a great environment for our staff. Teamwork and mutual respect is the core of how we operate efficiently

**Job description**:

- Reception duties mainly + sterlisation
- Chairside assisting as required
- Experience preferred with hicaps, proda, CDBS and DVA payments etc
- Room preparation
- Assisting with general dental procedures and willingness to learn new procedures
- Disinfection and Sterilisation

**Successful applicants would need**:

- At least 1-2 years of dental experience preferred
- Certificate 3 or higher in Dental Assisting preferred
- Friendly, engaging manner
- Positive outlook on life
- Great work ethic
- Punctual and trustworthy
- Caring attitude towards patients
- Time management skills
- Full Australian work rights

The job is 4-5 days a week
