**South Brisbane projects**

**Commercial and Civil Construction. Projects up to $3mil.**

**Salary from $90,000 - $130,000 + super **(dependant on the successful person. Vehicle packages are also available.)

**Duties**:

- Manage commercial and fit out projects.
- Follow all safe working policies and procedures.
- Maintaining knowledge of project requirements and specifications.
- Actively manage the site team and sub-contractors to ensure productivity, budget, and quality targets.
- Assisting in coordinating the ordering and receiving of materials.
- Help to ensure the projects run effectively and efficiently.

**Experience**:

- Carpentry Trade or have a Building and Construction Degree
- Relevant experience as a site supervisor/ foreman.
- Min. 2+ years’ **experience in commercial** projects.
- Experience using the project management tool e.g. Procore (not essential)
- High attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Sound knowledge of OH&S requirements
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Construction White Card
