**Who we’re looking for**:

- The objective of the Digital Squads Technical Lead role is to provide technical guidance & assistance to the Technical Leads and their respective development teams in the Digital Squads. Providing leadership & governance of all development standards such as SDLC, security practices & technical advancements. The role is also to ensure that all technical teams are aligned with all future changes to the platforms (via either internal or external dependencies). We are seeking an experienced and professional Digital Technical Lead / Manager to help uplift our development capabilities whilst complying to our development guidelines.**What you’ll be doing**:
- Work with Head of Digital Engineering to standardise metrics - gathering and communication of non-functional requirements thresholds,
- teaching stakeholders to use the data to make decisions.
Maintain proper internal controls, documentation, monitoring and alerting, and supportability with respect to the ongoing
- configuration and updates of supported platforms for our digital platforms
Lead technical contact for all new engagement of software and vendor implementations
Providing advice and guidance to projects and architects with the Digital tech Leads
Understand the tech stacks and architectural design for the app(s) in each squad.
Cross-functional - Experienced with front end, backend, DevOps and cloud technologies.

**You’ll be great in this role if you have**:
- Digital Front End / Back End Technologies, such as React, AEM, iOS and Android Native technologies
Digital (web & app) technical experience
- Working with DevOps/CloudOps and Agile technologies- Articulate and balanced in demeanour with crisp written and verbal communication skills.
- Working as a Technical leader of complex teams
- Experience in Software development frameworks
- Springboot.
