**Job Description**:
Exciting opportunity to use your data analysis, reporting and customer insights and relationship skills in developing the relationship between CHEP and its customers at a national and site level in order to retain and grow market share

As part of our Customer Experience team, your role will be to effectively manage, collect and interpret data from multiple sources and provide insights to our key customers to ensure sustainable mitigation of equipment loss.
Analytical, commercially savvy and an effective communicator you will know how to turn data into impactful insights for our customers.
Reporting to the Manager, Asset Support, this position will be based in the field as well as at our Dandenong South office with Hybrid working available.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Data Management, analysis and interpretation.
- Extracting and consolidating data from multiple sources into insightful reports
- Effectively educate and inform internal and client stakeholders through regular presentations and client visits
- Reduce Customer effort by simplifying the asset control process, improving the customer experience and removing loss exposure.
- Develop deep and sustainable customer relationships
- Make recommendations to customers and deliver creative solutions to fix and prevent problems. Present findings to stakeholders and obtain customer sponsorship in delivering the changed process.
- Identifying risk areas of equipment loss through analysis of data and regular onsite process reviews to determine root causes of defects, provide insights and solutions for process improvement.
- Providing analysis and insights to support and guide asset control team at site level.
- Delivering customer support by conducting regular and planned site visits within region.
- Previous exposure to reporting and analysis with the ability to transform data into usable information and customer insights
- Strong numerical and time management skills
- Logical and creative and naturally inquisitive to exploring solutions for your clients
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Diligent, hard-working and reliable
- Take pride in delivering exceptional results for both internal stakeholders and external client groups.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines across different stakeholder groups;
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Customer facing experience
- Willingness to perform a “hands on” role where customer contact and problem resolution are a major part of the job function
