**HCA is currently seeking a committed and motivated Dietitian to take on a casual role based in Canberra.**

**About Healthcare Australia - Allied Health**:

**About the role**:
You will provide Dietetic services by performing individual assessments and care planning for our elderly clients in residential Aged Care Homes. You will be developing client plans and be involved in the implementation, evaluation and reviewing of these plans to ensure goals are being met.
- Develop individual care plans specifying client issues, goals, nature of interventions, and plans for review
- Consult with clients, their representatives, site management, and clinical staff to ensure appropriate implementation of each client’s plan
- Provide clinically appropriate individualised interventions to clients as indicated
- Review client outcomes at specified intervals in order to evaluate whether interventions are meeting the goals
- Complete menu assessments where required and produce high quality client reports.

**About you**:

- Recognised tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Current membership with Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA)
- Australian working rights
