The purpose of this role is to own the day-to-day client relationship and all elements of delivery. Including, implementation of the strategic vision for the client, delivery against the financial targets set and building a trusted relationship with the client.

What your typical day will look like:
As our next Client Partner, you will lead an integrated team of 5-10 people with key capabilities across strategy, planning with a deep performance media focus supporting clients across a diverse category mix of Education, Fashion, Financial Services, B2B Services

Core responsibilities include:

- Lead a 5-10 person team leveraging their diverse skillsets to deliver integrated media campaigns for a portfolio of key clients
- Nurture, support and empower high performing individuals to develop and leverage media partner relationships & deliver exceptional results
- Lead the strategic resource management of the team to ensure workflows are sustainable and support work life balance
- Have a deep performance media background where you can strategically guide your team and Senior Stakeholders
- You will support and build the dentsu QLD profile in the market contributing to industry initiatives, thought leadership and industry events.
- Hold strategic and meaningful discussions across the entire communications mix including media, technology, and digital transformation

A bit about you:

- First and foremost, you are a people leader with demonstrated experience leading large or complex teams & building meaningful relationships
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to speak to C-Suite Executives, actively contributing and adding value
- Exemplary presentation skills with a proven track record for leading new business opportunities and pitches
- Highly effective commercial and business acumen and proven experience running a total team P&L and budget management.
