Furthermore, our Educational Leaders and teams are supported by an extensive network of partners. These national partners are led by our own Dr Karen Grubb, and together they co-research and design training opportunities with you in the areas of Nutrition, Therapeutic Arts, Health and Wellbeing, Sustainability, Indigenous Perspectives, Inclusion, and Documentation

About the Role
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring Educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Knowledge of many different early years theories with no “one size fits all”
- Team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Oversight to ensure each room in the centre is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment

**Qualifications**:

- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
