What You'll Do

As an Educational Leader at Shapes Early Learning, you will:

• Collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance that foster children's growth and development.
• Support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices
• Lead the implementation of an effective educational program
• Ensure that children's learning and development are guided by the learning outcomes of the approved learning frameworks
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to create a welcoming, inspiring space for all.
• Guide and develop educators and families' understandings about play and leisure-based learning, and the significance of the early years in the education continuum for children
• Be an integral part of building the knowledge, skills and professionalism of educators

What We're Looking For

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dedication to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment for children.
• Valid Working with children check.
