This facility is located in country South Australia approximately 3 hours’ drive from Adelaide. As a **Clinical Leader**, you will be an integral part of our site management team at our Aged Care Facility located in Maitland. You will have the opportunity to work closely with staff, residents and families under the direction and support by our Clinical Care Manager and Site Operations Manager. With sound clinical experience, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high quality, individualised nursing care to our residents. You will actively lead and mentor staff, ensuring that each team member is equipped and empowered to deliver the best resident-focused care.
