Overview

The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Practice Improvement Nurse to join the Safety & Quality team at Tumby Bay and Cummins.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Provide proficient, person-centred nursing care across clinical areas.
• Lead and support quality and safety improvement initiatives aligned with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and Aged Care Standards.
• Act as a resource nurse, contributing to audits, clinical teaching, and research.
• Support staff development and training to strengthen best practice.
• Collaborate with the Quality, Risk and Safety (QRS) team, Governance Committees, and clinical leaders to drive improvements in patient care and safety.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with:

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• At least 3 years' post-registration experience in nursing.
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and quality improvement.
• Commitment to culturally safe, person-centred, and evidence-based care.
