An exciting opportunity for a
**Human Resources Advisor** to join a dynamic team at Brandbank working across our iconic house of brands - Seed Heritage, French Connection, Commonry, allkinds, kikki.K and Fine-Day.

This role will be responsible for managing HR Generalist activity across our Support Office whilst also working within key project teams that are set to deliver our people strategy.
- Please note: this is a fixed term contract of 12 months_

**THE ROLE**:

- A strong focus on supporting our Support Office leaders to deliver a strong employee experience
- Assist and where possible lead, key projects across the team linked to the people strategy
- Review processes and systems in order to streamline these and improve efficiency
- Take the lead on creating and analysing cyclical reporting that provide common themes and recommendations to business leaders to improve people metrics
- Manage the creation of induction plans and tools to promote a positive employee experience
- Support managers in the performance review process to improve capability
- Be innovative and bring new ideas to the team
- Support where required on employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance is adhered to at all times

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years + experience as HR Advisor within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships
- Planning and organisation skills
- Negotiation skills / Conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused
- Solid knowledge of current employment legislation (including Awards and Agreements framework)
