**Team Leader - NDIS Services CLS/SIL/Respite House**

**About the role**

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of NDIS clients, their families and a team of support workers. The Team Leader is a key role to ensure high-quality support and individualised services are offered to clients. This fast paced role is with a rapidly growing organisation, and requires someone with excellent communications skills, highly motivated and enthusiastic, with strong leadership experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the support service team, delivering client outcomes and being the primary point of contact for participants and key stakeholders when needed (including managing client's enquiries, complaints and feedback)
- Day-to-day management of NDIS services and business operations, ensuring efficient, safe and high quality care of client supports and service
- Coordination and development of clients' care plans in liaison with families and other stakeholders
- Maintaining of participants records and providing regular updates in accordance with client goals
- A disability qualification (Cert IV or higher)
- A current police check (or willing to obtain)
- A Positive Notice Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current CPR and First Aid
- A current driver's licence with reliable, insured vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- The capacity to work flexible hours on a roster system, including weekends, early mornings & overnight shifts, with some “On Call Duties” as required

**Salary**: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

- On call
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Disability Qualification (Cert IV or Higher) (required)

- Yellow Card (or willing to obtain) (preferred)
- Police check (or willing to obtain) (preferred)
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain) (preferred)
