**The Role**:
Joining the Business Systems team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and implementing procedural and training resources (Operational and Systems) using Madcap to produce relevant outputs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and recommend best practice Madcap structure.
- Structure the Madcap project(s) to enable conditional content depending on department and/or objective of the output. Output examples include full process, training manual, bulletin highlighting key points, training material including checklist, induction and onboarding resources.
- Review and recommend relevant publishing outputs. For example, html, Sharepoint, pdf and others.
- Utilise Madcap Central to allow editing and approval by key procedures by designated SMEs.
- Review and analyse current processes and procedures and develop recommendations for process improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops and meetings as required with key stakeholders to document and understand current workflows and processes.
- Create documentation for new processes and update documentation and assist in updating system and operational procedures to the designated quality standard.
- Provide support to SME’s enabling a train-the-trainer handover including providing training resource materials.
This position is a permanent full-time appointment based in our Springvale Head Office with work from home and office flexibility available.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in related field
- Technical writing capability and experience implementing and reviewing procedures and processes
- Demonstrated investigation skills, focusing on efficiencies and implementation
- Ability to build relationships and communicate on all levels.
- Experience using Madcap Flare & Central is essential
- Experience using Sharepoint & Visio (or similar) would be beneficial
- Strong time management skills ensuring delivery of tasks to a high standard
- Car licence and own transport
