**Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
We’re growing — and so can you We’re looking for passionate Casual or Contractor Trainer/Assessors to deliver TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations across several classes and locations.
You must be available to commit to one of the allocated location and delivery days as detailed below. Each class offers ongoing opportunities and the flexibility to take on additional classes — the choice is yours
**Location and Class Delivery Days**:
Seven Hills - Mondays and Tuesdays (May start)
Parramatta - Wednesdays and Thursdays (May start)
Wyong / Central Coast - Must be available regularly across three consecutive days (May start)
**About the role**:
**As a Trainer and Assessor, you will**:
Facilitating classroom training sessions
Supporting and coaching students through the duration of training and assessment.
Identifying and addressing LLN needs
Ensuring all training and assessment documentation is completed to the compliance standard and submitted within required time frames.
Undertake classroom on the job assessments in line with the unit assessment plans.
Undertake continued professional development
Contribute to course continuous improvement
**Requirements/Must haves**:
Current qualification TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations OR Higher
Must hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, or Higher-level Training and Assessment qualifications.
Minimum 2 year of training and assessment in the Vocational and education training sector
Able to demonstrate currency in your field of expertise by providing documentation
Commit to complete an ARC Matrix
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
A working with children's check or willing to obtain
Hold an ABN and be engaged under a current ASIC Registered Proprietary Limited Company (Pty Ltd) or with an CAN/Relevant business insurances (Public Liability, WorkCover) (For Contractors PTY Ltd only)
