**Premium Solutions - Security Loading Dock Master**

**Location**:Barangaroo, CBD and Surry Hills.

**The Role**

Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role in security? We are seeking experienced individuals across multiple locations to join our team as Security Loading Dockmaster. The Dock Master will provide professional advice and liaise with stakeholders in the delivery of security services. We are offering attractive full-time and part-time (this role also requires you to be on-call to deal with site emergencies).

**Role Responsibilities**

**The Dock Master is responsible for the following function**:

- Supervision of the Loading Dock - all staff / security operations in and around the Loading Dock
- Monitor access to the Loading Dock
- Traffic Management
- Manage and respond to incidents in the Loading Dock
- Respond to Fire Alarms in the Loading Dock and Building
- Access the Fire Control Room and alarm location during incidents and escort emergency services where required
- Incident response, investigation, reporting and recording
- Manage entry conditions to the Loading Dock for all visitors
- Co-ordinate Loading Dock operations with key stakeholders
- Co-ordinate cleaning activities with Cleaning Contractor for the Loading Dock area
- Fulfill the role of Loading Dock Fire Warden
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, disaster and emergency management
- 1A Security License
- First Aid certificate
- Traffic Control certification
- Physically fit and able to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to interact with a range of people and remain courteous and helpful
- Good leadership qualities, enabling a good culture and positive team environment
- Build a good knowledge base and understanding of the dock and structure / layout of the site
- Proficient with security control technologies
- Good investigative skills and ability to provide concise written reports
- Good stakeholder relationship skills and influential in security operations
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook. Word, Excel)
- Ability in multitasking and organisational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Punctual, proactive & reliable

**Experience**:

- Security Loading Dock: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
