**What’s the role?**
The End-User Business Development Manager will consult and support the execution of end user productivity tools with existing and prospective partners. The BDM will liaise with learning and development clients to ensure that the products their teams are using are effective and customized to meet the needs of the client. Your ability to build positive relationships in the early stages of the sales pipeline to maximise sales and prospect to obtain new partners is essential for succession in this role.

**What will I do?**

Develop new opportunities that come into the early stages of the pipeline

Manage the pipeline to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved

Attend industry functions and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends

Works closely with the DDLS Sales teams to develop, implement, and manage campaign programs to increase business development through channel partners

Works with internal team members to make sure communications are effective and efficient between DDLS and our partners

Conduct market research to pipeline new prospects for the future
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate

**Who are you?**

Experience selling B2B enterprise solutions

Experience working with a sales framework and sales process and methodologies

Experience in working with account development plans and sales pipelines

Experience working with CRMs, IT/Cloud based solutions and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Negotiating skills with a focus on strategic joint business planning
