The exciting new business Crewmen is championing the health and wellbeing of men. The company is going from strength to strength with their Crewman app; a tool designed for men that provides camaraderie, social connection and fulfilment by helping users to create a support network of mates they can rely on. The ongoing expansion of the business has resulted in the newly created position of Marketing and Administration Assistant.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Daily administration
- EA support to the Director
- Coordinate the preparation of presentations, proposals etc.
- Creation of sales and marketing collateral
- Maintain social media platforms and manage content with input from the Director and external marketing agency
- Update website(s) and prepare content
- Support communication campaigns via SMS and eDM
- Liaise with external marketing agencies to assist business input to marketing campaigns
**Skills & Experience**
- Extensive experience supporting the Director or leadership team of a business
- Strong experience in a similar full-time role using digital marketing and social media
- Advanced written communication skills including copywriting and editing
- Ability to work autonomously and take on small projects
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative and a can-do attitude with a smile
