Able to work shifts over 7 days and 24 hours.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Good Commincator
- Ability to listen and be proactive with Particpant needs
- Punctual, organised and willing to take instructions
Professional Skills:
- Expereince or Qualifications in Aged Care or Disability Support Work
- Yellow Card or able to obtain one
- Drivers License and own transport
- Willing to undergo in house training programmes
- Good communication skills written and spoken, able to write effective case notes
On Offer:
- Autonomous working conditions
- Generous pay rates
- Flexible working hours
- 20 hours to 40 hours of regular work
**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $47.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
