Are you an experienced **Loan Processor** who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment?
We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join a growing, supportive mortgage broking team based in Melbourne's we**stern suburbs**.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Liaising with lenders, brokers, and clients to manage milestones
- Following up on required documentation and compliance checks
- Supporting the broker(s) to deliver a professional and efficient service

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in loan processing (ideally 2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of residential lending practices and lender platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and remotely
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with software like ApplyOnline, Broker CRM systems, or similar is a plus

Pay: $48,672.61 - $92,935.81 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
