**The Opportunity**
One of our strong clients are looking for a
**Your responsibilities in your new position**:
- **Support**:Provide administrative support to the Project Manager
- ** Coordinate**:and facilitate the exchange of information
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:Communicate with end users, vendors, and ICT stakeholders
- ** Data Extraction**:Perform data extraction activities using Print Merge and DataPort
- ** Research**:Conduct research and analysis and report back to the Project Manager
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, HPE Content Manager 9 or HPE Records Manager 8)
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in communicating and engaging effectively with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work with broad supervision to determine and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
