As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be supporting our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will develop and hold strong relationships with media partners and be across media trends and emerging platforms. This role requires a strong analytical mind, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a key contact for media partners, managing briefs and ensuring optimal management of advertising campaigns.
- Identifying opportunities for performance improvement and collaborating on tactical enhancements.
- Supporting our digital marketing efforts across all channels, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify etc.
- Providing insights on marketing performance to develop clear and detailed creative briefs for the internal content team / agency partners, working in conjunction with our Heads of Marketing for each brand.
- Creating and analysing dashboards and reporting across various systems and marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing SEO-related tasks and ensure they align with overall advertising goals.
