**About the Role**
The Receptionist / Administration Officer position is designed to provide an excellent first impression for monash Mental Health by providing a friendly, courteous and professional greeting to visitors and supporting them to resolve their queries. The role requires timely administrative support, an ability to multi-task and high level attention to detail, whilst working the program to provide efficient and effective administrative support.
**About You**:
As a dynamic administration officer, with a genuine interest in this unique opportunity, you will bring:
- Great customer service skills and ability to remain calm and helpful in what can be a demanding role
- Ability to provide administrative tasks across a clinical program
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, in both the administration team and as part of the wider program
- Ability to multi task in a busy environment
- Exceptional and effective communication skill
**What you need**:
- Proven administration experience
- Subject to a clear a police check
- Current working with children’s check
