We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager / Commercial Property Manager to join an innovative and well structured team based in the inner suburbs of Brisbane. This agency offer a wealth of industry knowledge across the retail, commercial and industrial sectors of the market and have had huge success over the years.

**The Role - will include but not be limited to...**
- Rent reviews & managing arrears
- Preparation & Implementation of annual budgets
- Inspecting properties
- Diary management and accurate record keeping including lease expiries
- Monitor compliance & insurance coverage
- Prepare Asset Management proposals for potential clients
- Generating monthly financial statements for clients, solicitors & accountants
- Attend weekly meetings
- Quarterly meetings to review income and expenses relating to the property portfolio
- Work alongside leasing agents to fill vacancies
- Oversea refurbishments within the property portfolio
- Company Car for use during working hours

**To be considered for this role**
- **Minimum 2 years experience managing a commercial real estate portfolio**:

- Working knowledge of PAMD forms
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Experience using all Microsoft Office Suite
