**An opportunity has now arisen within our Service Division for a Service Account Executive working full time managing service for our Queensland and Northern Territory customer base from our QLD Branch in Lytton.**

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC service and be involved in technical product support to our customer base in these regions. You’ll be challenged with project managing multiple active jobs through both our authorised Service Agent Network and in-house team of Service Technicians and Apprentices. You will work closely with our Technical Support / Engineering Department and local Sales team and Authorised Service Agents to ensure our product and service standards are met whilst being the go-to person for anything Service related in your region. Additionally, you will be available as coach / mentor assisting your direct team of Technicians and Apprentices to ensure they are developing in their roles.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate and distribute logged service calls through to Actron Service Technicians or authorised Service Agents
- In conjunction with the Service Technicians, prepare and forward quotations for repair work as required / requested to the customer
- Provide technical phone support as required to Inhouse Technicians/Service agents
- Facilitate and conduct product training for new or existing products to authorised service Agents, Dealers and installers
- Conduct quarterly reviews with authorised Service Agents reviewing KPI’s & overall performance in line with service agreement including Safety performance and audits
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers including dealers, installers, end users & Authorised Service Agents with general service call enquiries and charge out rates
- Assist Actron Service Technicians or Authorised Service Agents on site where issues of a complex / technical nature arise
- Perform regular site visits, including interstate with authorised Service Agents/Inhouse technicians to develop and maintain service standards
- Ensure Actron Service Technicians are suitably trained / certified / qualified to perform their work safely
- Make self-available as coach / mentor in assisting direct reports to develop in their positions

- HVAC Qualifications & relevant Licences
- Technical Support & Training of a range of HVAC systems
- Ability to manage a team of technicians and apprentices
- Ability to troubleshoot faults and solve technical problems for key customers
- Current drivers’ licence
