Your journey as an Administration Coordinator

Using your excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail, and leadership qualities, you will lead the Gas Inspection Administration Team in providing professional administrative services to support the Gas Utilisation Inspection Team. This includes supporting your team to maintain various business systems, schedule inspections between customers and Inspectors, and ensure accurate data management and information related to gas compliance and operations.

What you will contribute to:

- Leading the Administration Team in undertaking data management activities to maintain the integrity of information associated with various Gas Inspection activities and compliance obligations. This includes updating and maintaining data in relation to Inspector's Orders, Notices of Completion, Notices of Defects, Notices of Rectification and Notices of Intent.
- Supervising the Administration team to ensure fair workload distribution, suitable leave coverage, monitoring of performance, and provision of support as required to complete team goals successfully.
- Scheduling appointments with customers for Inspections and managing dairy appointments of Inspectors accordingly.
- Assisting in the preparation, collation and distribution of Gas Inspection documentation
- Coordinating meetings, processing purchase orders and providing general ad-hoc administrative support to the Gas Inspection Team.

About you:

- Experience in a leadership role within a similar administration support or data management position, preferably within the utility industry
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for quality and high attention to detail
- Strong computer skills include utilising a range of information systems (SAP is preferable).
- Highly organised with proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral) will the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
