We are looking for an organised and experienced Venue Manager to manage the Food and Beverage operations of the hotel. In this role, you will be required to work strategically in creating a purpose for people to experience our offerings. Through implementing activations for Chido Chido Cantina and successfully delivering on Functions and Events by liaising with event managers and clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences, you will be enhancing Brand reputation. You will also be required to manage the maintenance of the venue, working with the Chief Engineer to maintain product offering.

To be a successful venue manager, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and strong leadership skills. Naturally, awesome venue managers are able to anticipate all logistics and requirements for events and show exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills and ensure the venue generates profit for the company.
