Sales Cadet

**The dealership is located in the heart of Doncaster and we are currently seeking a New Vehicle Sales Cadet to join our award winning sales team.** You will join our team of professionals, in our award-winning **Doncaster MG** dealership. **The role**: - Generating new car enquiry and appointments, following up on leads - Overcoming customer objections, building relationships with clients - Completing and achieving monthly targets for sales, deliveries, aftermarket, finance and Gross Profit - Providing a genuine customer luxury experience **What we are looking for**: - Some vehicle sales experience, ideally with prestige brands - Team player and ability to demonstrate a high-level commitment to achieving targets - A passion for the motor industry - Superior people and communication skills (both verbal and written) - A good understanding of the "Prestige automotive sales process" - High energy and a customer first approach - Self-motivated & team player - A willingness to learn & develop your personal & professional skills - The opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art showroom in the heart of Doncaster - A highly competitive remuneration package including **generous commission structure ($$$)**: - On-going training and support for your personal and professional development - Work as part of an Award-Winning team
