Infrabuild Graduate Program 2026

**About The Role**:
We at **InfraBuild**would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2026 Graduate Program.

**Real Work with Real Outcomes -**Starting in January 2026, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.

The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

**As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to**

- Create connections and work relationships with experienced InfraBuild stakeholders across various business units
- Broaden your skillset from an interpersonal and professional approach including soft skills development, leadership development and a structured mentoring program.

- Metallurgist Engineer (Laverton, and Melbourne)
- Electrical Engineer (Rooty Hill, Newcastle and Laverton)
- Process/Chemical Engineer (Rooty Hill and Newcastle)
- Mechanical Engineer (Rooty Hill, Newcastle, Laverton and Brisbane)
- Automation Systems Engineer (Laverton)
- Structural Engineer (Sydney CBD)
- Finance (Sydney CBD)
- IT (Sydney CBD)
- Logistics and Supply Chain (Newcastle)
- Health and Safety (Rooty Hill, Newcastle, Laverton and Adelaide)

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights
- Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2025)
- Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience
